High Frequency ACTIVE AURORAL RESEARCH PROGRAM The Tesla Society of Ottawa Canada and the Canadian Ministry of Defense has asked endMatrix LLC to suspend the dissemination of information on Broadband over HAARP for national security reasons. We are sorry this may inconvenience any of our customers in this area of research. Last mile telecommunications infrastructures have always been at the forefront of research and development here at endMatrix. We will continue to pursue these endeavors for the benefit of IT consumers. We seek the declassification of HAARP for communication purposes and hope to bring this new technology to the public as soon as possible. We are working with the US NTIA in this endeavor.
